GPS Mapping Training with ArcPad with GPScorrect and GPS Analyst

This 2-day course provides a comprehensive focus on ArcPad, while providing in-depth training using the GPS Analyst Extension for ArcGIS to prepare and process ArcPad data. Designed to convey the end-to-end understanding of collecting and managing high-quality ArcPad data using GPS Analyst, this class is valuable for the novice field user as well as the GIS administrator or data manager.

All aspects of a data collection project with ArcPad and GPS Analyst will be covered, including designing a GPS-enabled geodatabase, using GPS Analyst tools for ArcPad, configuring ArcPad & the Trimble GPScorrect extension for ArcPad, field data collection, and processing data with GPS Analyst software. GPS Analyst processing includes differential correction, validation and rebuild settings.

This class is indispensable to anyone seeking to leverage the strengths of ESRI and Trimble systems into a cohesive mapping system.

GPS Mapping Training with ArcPad 7.1

This 1 day course provides the conceptual overview and hands-on experience that are necessary to take full advantage of ArcPad's mobile GIS and GPS functionality. Designed to convey the end-to-end understanding of collecting and managing high-quality ArcPad data, this class is valuable for the novice field user as well as the GIS administrator or data manager.

All aspects of a data collection project with ArcPad will be covered, including using ArcGIS tools for ArcPad to check data out, configuring ArcPad for accurate GPS data collection, field data collection with ArcPad, and checking in data with Arcpad Check in utilities. Any system running ArcPad 7 is welcome, including any non-Trimble system.
